"What a great stay just outside the hussle and bustle of Rotorua ... but easily walkable. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bath (jacuzzi style) was huge and if we were less able 'may' have been an issue to get in and out of. Great room, great location and great staff - a definite 'would return here' from us both."

"There’s a laundry room which was very helpful. Bring coins for the machine. Properly is close to many local businesses. If visiting this town for the first time, know it’s a sulfur smelling town."

"This is a very pretty, instagram able hotel. It is clean and the staff was very nice. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the rooms do not have a deadbolt, chain, or other way for someone inside the room to lock the room so that a hotel employee with a key cannot enter. This is a dealbreaker for me - I would not have stayed here if I had known. The reason is that years ago in another country a hotel employee entered my room with a key and assaulted me. I honestly thought it was...

"Our room had dirty stains on the wall above the couch. We were left no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. We had stayed previously and it was great. Our stay this time was less than average. We wont be back."
