Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open as it is still in the process of being approved by the council. The nearby cafes make up for it. Perfect place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from the Redwood Forest and 20 to 30 minutes away from the geothermal sites south of Rotorua. "

"Really good price. Great parking close to town. Spacious rooms. Good pool. We asked if we could have continental breakfast option and reception said no. But next morning heard staff asking if they wanted full or continental ? "
