"Amazing location and great staff"

"This was a very pleasant experience for us. The room (King) was spacious and the bed was SUPER comfortable! When we requested items for our room (fridge and towels) they arrived within minutes. The fridge is an extra fee ($25 for the entire stay), but we knew that going into it and we had items that had to stay cold. It was worked into the cost of the stay but we each got a $30/day credit to use at the on site restaurants or bar, so it was the illusion of free stuff! I was quite satisfied and would stay here again. "

"The hotel was in the perfect part of the city! We had our 3 young children with us and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Central Park is RIGHT there. Plenty of delicious food. Times Square is close enough to walk to but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the crazy. Subway stop is steps from the entrance and NYC has the best public transport system in the US. Just a wonderful weekend and I can’t wait to go back!"

"There is no more central location that right next to Grand Central Station. The property is clean, elegant and well maintained all around. It's also remarkably quiet for a city hotel. Definitely going to be one of my regular hotels for city visits."
