Every single person I encountered, from the warm smiles at check-in to the attentive servers by the pool, exuded genuine hospitality. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, offering helpful suggestions, remembering my name, and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their passion for the hotel and for providing an exceptional experience was palpable and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Then there's the location... simply breathtaking. Nestled on a stunning stretch of the Riviera Nayarit coastline, the W Punta de Mita offers unparalleled views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. The lush, vibrant surroundings create an atmosphere of serene tranquility, while the proximity to the charming town of Sayulita offers a taste of authentic Mexican culture just a short drive away. "Our second time here - we love the people and the property. Was a little loud at night this time - but we were in a different building and closer to the entertainment. Not a big deal for us, but I know there are other more quiet buildings, our new area though was so convenient that a little noise at night was fine and we would stay in the same room again. We will be back!"
