"This was a perfect location in Bucerias to enjoy the walkable city. It was unfortunate that our room was in disrepair, we should have said something. "Staying here was pleasant, only complaint I have is when we try ordering few drinks at the night bar they didn't have the ingredients for some drinks, which is disappointing, as they have a simple drinks menu, and in some drinks wa sas easy as just replacing the correct liquor with another similar and they didn't wanted to do so as bartender said it will mess with his inventory, that's not good business. "The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected. "

"Once again we feel the hotel rating is not accurate! A more appropriate rating would be 2 stars in my opinion. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was huge but quite dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The beach access was not easily accessible and the beach was quite rocky due to hurricane damage. Not very walkable to Bucerias due to the distance and the rocky beach. I think that the price was high considering the inferior location and outdated condition...
