"The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking."

"We had a horrible experience at Canto Del Sol and booked Flamingos last minute. They took care of us from the minute we arrived and helped turn our vacation around. They gave us an amazing room and the entire time we were there the service was top notch. I will absolutely be coming back and telling all of my friends and family to come here as well. "Great hotel, great area and the staff were wonderful. My only suggestion is that the activities should be more spread. What I mean with that- live music earlier for families with kids that are not little and live music at the pool should be also for everyone not just on the adult pool. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."
