The staff is fantastic, very accommodating with anything you need. The hotel is quaint, has a nice pool and nice size rooms. It’s in an excellent location, close enough to everything, but far enough to be quiet. I felt very safe in this area.
Casa Real Hotel is a simple, nice hotel. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. A few things were a bit quirky like the stove top, the fan, the hot water, but nothing that made the stay unpleasant. I would stay again.
Excellent staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and beautiful property.
The garden area seemed underutilized or maybe not in use during our stay, but the small pool area in the front was lovely. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in Sayulita. Close to the beach and restaurants but far enough away from downtown that it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful, especially Lio at the front desk. This was the first time I have gone to Mexico and not stayed in an all inclusive. I can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful stay! Very close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were clean and big with comfortable bed, and staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation and golf cart rentals. Only downsides are that They only offered coffee and water but we knew that going into it. There’s also a rooster across the street that is very loud throughout the night, but honestly it didnt bother us at all. Would recommend!

We we're greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. The rooms were clean, with fridge and dishwashing sink. No tv's, paper towels or tissues but for the price it's great and fairly quiet (except for the rooster at 3am).
Quiet little hotel a ten minute walk to the town square and a short walk to the beach. I went to enjoy the beach and it was very convenient. The room was very basic, but everything you needed. Beautiful courtyard with a coffee area and a pool. I would gladly spend more time there. Very clean and well kept.

The hotel was in a good location, very close to the town and the beach. The staff were super helpful however, they do not offer breakfast and the rooms need an update. Everything works but the place felt a little worn. It changed management only recently and i look forward to visiting again if they spruce up the rooms a little. But for the price it was extremely convenient
This was a fun, quiet stay for three ladies traveling. If there is any caution, the streets are very dark at night so bring a light source of some kind. Also...there's a rooster who doesn't know the difference between day and night. Other than that, excellent experience!

Pros
The staff was pleasant and accommodating
Easy checkin and out
The bathroom was well light and the shower was nice, with ample hot water.
The safe in the room worked
Cons
The room was not secure. The patio door did not lock nor did the rear window.
The fridge was unplugged
Lighting in the bedroom was not good
No dishes, cutlery, cups/glasses, or trash can in kitchenette.
The lack of communication from the staff was the worst experinece. We stayed there for 8 days. They knew exactly what time we are returning. They waited for the last minute to inform us that our check in is one hour late and wanted us to pay. Paying them $500 did not hurt me. But I did not appreciate the fact that we used to talk to reception desk everyday twice and they did not inform us about check out time. The moment we were 30 minutes over the check out time, they asked us for payment.
Very poor customer service
