Literally right across the street from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Friendly staff, convenient shops and restaurants surround. The room was modernized with walk in closet and heated bathroom floors. Very spacious for London. Great onsite restaurant. Just great overall. It is a 5 star experience in every way!"
