"We liked the location (Caribbean), the range of food and drink, facilities and activities, the convenience of the all-inclusive, cashless nature of the resort and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. For some of the restaurants, particularly the "non-reservation" ones, there are probably too many guests for the number of tables, hence there were often long queue waits to get a table. Overall, though, it was a fabulous holiday venue. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"This resort served my birthday celebration exceptionally well. They are very attentive to detail. My room was so comfortable with a great layout. The buffet selection offered so much quality tasting variety. We loved having so many restaurants to choose from for evening dinners. It is less than 20 minutes from the airport which is so convenient. The layout of this hotel flows so well from front to back allowing you to explore seamlessly the front lobby, the 3 pools and its beautiful beach. I highly recommend this for your 5* adults only resort vacation. Should any friends want to travel with their kids the same time period as you they can stay next door on the family side allowing you to visit them when ever you want and still use the bar and restaurants on the family side of Serenade."
