"I was not expecting the shower to be in the open within the room. I did not like the AM coffee hours with lukewarm coffee. I did not enjoy being able to hear the night club as far away as my room on the 14th floor. I did enjoy that the lobby level bathrooms (that you need your room key to open) are closed at certain times."

The price was right, and it was spotless and has had some updates including new floors I didn’t give it 5 stars because our room faced the street and it was very noisy - we each checked to see if the window was open and it wasn’t! But I would stay there again. "
