"I actually couldn't stay at the hotel, when I arrived they informed me at the reception that the hotel was full and that it must have been a mistake. I have been trying to claim back the money I have paid but no success since the hotel didn't provide me with any prove of it. I would.like to get my money back since I paid for a service that I couldn't receive! Please contact the hotel and inform me of the procedure to get a refund!"
