"I actually couldn't stay at the hotel, when I arrived they informed me at the reception that the hotel was full and that it must have been a mistake. I have been trying to claim back the money I have paid but no success since the hotel didn't provide me with any prove of it. I would.like to get my money back since I paid for a service that I couldn't receive! Please contact the hotel and inform me of the procedure to get a refund!"

"The only criticism is the ridiculous toilet. It was the height and size of a child’s toilet in an elementary school! Uncomfortable for anyone over 150cm/5 feet tall. Who’s idea was this?"

"The hotel was situared with easy access to inner Lisbon. Staff was attentive from check-in to check-out. Front desk and porters responded well to requests for assistance and information. Room was of good size and comfortable. Happy to have kettle available in room."

"Property was in a good location. The hotel rooms and corridors need upgrading.. Room 707 was called a superior room but fell below that standard. No pictures or decorations. A very small television on a bare wall. No drawers to hold anything, only two narrow closets. An annexe to the room was bare except a for a bench seat. No safe."
