"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."

"Over two visits, this has become one of our favorite European hotels. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Large well-designed and well stocked rooms, a rooftop bar/lunch spot and incredibly good food from the breakfast buffet in. All due to the genuine hospitality at the front desk and dining rooms. "

"Pedro and Carmilla provided excellent customer service, they were very friendly with excellent English. We weren't sure if the shared facilities were a good idea but they are honestly excellent showers, bathroom and kitchen and very clean. Exceptional value for money thank you for a great nights stay."

"Short business trip. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel facilities were very enjoyable. Despite being on the 8th floor I never had to wait for a lift. I used the pool and sauna during the stay and both were spacious and not too busy. The top floor bar had a good ambience. Only slight problem was the A/C vent in my room rattling a lot, which I had to wiggle each night to stop. I should have reported this but as I was only on a short visit didn't bother."
