"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."

"Amazing stay at the Vintage. Jessica, Diego and ALL staff were so friendly and accommodating. Made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend. Sauna area so relaxing. Breakfast amazing and loved the complimentary drinks. Such a nice touch. Hope to come back!"

"The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. I had a very early departure from the hotel (3:30 AM). She proactively offered to help me with transportion arrangements, a wake up call (from a real live human being -- they still have those in Portugal!) and a packaged breakfast to go. "
