"It failed my white napkin wipe test for cleanliness. The desk staff is great. Jose and Tiago helped me with directions and how to use the transportation system and places to eat etc. I think the mattress is the thing they need to improve. The primary reason for a hotel is to sleep and the mattress is worn out. Time to replace it. "

There was a good selection, however, for a 5 star hotel, I thought the breakfast room was more like a conference room turned into a breakfast area.
