"I loved this hotel! The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a daily transportation question, and there was always someone ready to assist. The room was very nice and quite spacious by European standards. I was surprised by the size. We had chosen a deluxe room, but that doesn’t always translate to large. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants and shops, but it was so quiet, you would never know it. The rooms must be soundproof, because I never heard a sound from another room and the hotel was full or nearly full. It was a pretty, pleasant hotel in a convenient location, and we had a wonderful stay."

"We stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, although the entrance is very subtle. But once you know where it is, you're fine. The staff were a delight - every one was super nice. There was some construction going on in the upper floors, but it didn't disturb us at all. Our room was cozy, but the bed super-comfortable and the shower was fabulous, too. For a short break in central Lisbon, it's perfect."
