"We had a room with a kitchenette and our own bathroom. The room was ok and had everything we needed. The shower head was broken, and they fixed it right away. The location was close to restaurants, attractions and transportation. The women who worked in the office in the evenings was kind and helpful. We arrived early (around 9am) because we were coming from a cruise ship. There was no one in the office for several hours and when someone did show up, she was annoyed that we were there already. We just needed to store our luggage until it was time to check in. It said on the reservation to let them know when to expect us, so I wish I would have done that. "

"Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and wonderful staff. This property is not for anyone with mobility issues, it is on a steep hill and has only one small elevator. If that is not an issue for you, than this is definitely where you want to be"

"The front desk women and room people were excellent! They were always there to help and the hotel is very cozy and charming. Really loved all of the special decorator touches Having the peacocks there was a special touch! Would definitely recommend this hotel even though getting up and down the hotel was a but crazy but for me that added to the experience. Thank you to everyone who made our stay much more pleasant and easy!"

"Location was key, being in the old town. The room was great, albeit I'm not sure the mattress was great for us, personally. Overall though, I would be happy to recommend Dalma suites to anyone. "
