"The location of this hotel is very good and there is valet parking that is easy and convenient. The hotel is slightly dated but the staff throughout the hotel was excellent. We will keep this hotel in mind when we travel back to Lisbon."

"Property was in a good location. The hotel rooms and corridors need upgrading.. Room 707 was called a superior room but fell below that standard. No pictures or decorations. A very small television on a bare wall. No drawers to hold anything, only two narrow closets. An annexe to the room was bare except a for a bench seat. No safe."

"Whilst the property is outside central Lisbon, it is virtually next door to the Metro and a very short ride to the centre. Otherwise you can stroll down the wide avenue to central Lisbon with all the haute couture shops. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Staff welcoming. Great breakfasts. It is clear PortoBay hotels run a happy ship! I will have no hesitation in booking with PortoBay hotels again."

"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."
