I was pleased with the Host/Customer Service, I think his name is Carlos. He was a very helpful who provided helpful information about the area and tourist attractions. The hotel was clean, room was big enough with a view to the street. Well recommended.

The property was very clean, in a great location to walk around and see the city and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. The only 2 things I would suggest is to have a night table or 2 beside the beds so you can rest your things somewhere that isnt the floor and also for people coming from North America, we need air conditioning especially when it comes time to sleep. They did provide us with a fan to somewhat cool the room but it caused condensation on the windows and in the room and made the bed sheets a little damp but with proper air conditioning it would’ve been perfect. All in all a great place to stay though, I would still go back.

My girlfriend enjoyed our three night stay at easyHotel Lisbon. The room was very spacious compared to other accommodations we had during our trip in Spain and Portugal. The room was also clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job for the duration of our stay. My only complaint would be that the door to the room was very difficult to close (my girlfriend could hardly do it), and there was about a 1-2 inch gap between the bottom of the floor and the door, meaning we could hear every word spoken in the hall. Waking up to a vacuum in the hall that sounds like it is next to your head is not a great start to the day! Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly. Its location is great; we stayed there for one night since it's close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only drawback was the limited onsite parking, but we managed to find a free street parking spot.

No other hotels ever use this kind of tap. The tap is for usage in public toilets and restaurants, not for hotels. Pressing 2 seconds to get 1 second of water flow is a joke for the customers. Could never brush teeth probably during the stay. The tap is really cheap, leading to the negative impression of the hotel.

Staff was warm and helpful. Room was nice, clean and big as well as the bathroom. Wish there was a microwave or a mini fridge in the room but other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend and come back:)
