"Surrounded by the jungle and mountains,you are in the only big resort on the Bay. The Zoo is in walking distance, and many tours are available from the front desk. We had excellent meals at the different restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling in the bay is a blast, and Los Arcos is very close. Oh, and the Taco lady makes 'em fresh and fast."

"The staff was kind and helpful. Good attitudes, pleasant. Location was good, close to the jungle and nicer secluded beaches. The hotel is rustic, clean and more of a down to earth stay in the real culture of Mexico. Definitely, would stay again."

"A great place to stay if you’re into all inclusive and private. It’s a 10 dollar uber to town, and between 12 and 15 dollars by cab! But for all inclusive it’s great! Bring pesos from your banks ordering system, do not exchange in Mexico and do not try to pay in dollars! The exchange rate depends on the venue or shop you’re in, if the rate is 20 you’ll be lucky to get 16 pesos per dollar! It’s why I love all inclusive hotels, you never have to go to town! But don’t expect to get a good rate at the hotel either! "
