"Great hotel right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my room had a sea view & balcony overlooking the lido which was nice. I lost my mobile in a taxi and the reception staff (who are very friendly!) phoned the local taxi company and got it back for me which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as the taxi company only speaks Spanish so I am very grateful for this. Would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it. "

"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. We recommend paying for breakfast as it was an awesome selection. In a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants. We rented a car , but sometimes a little difficult to find a parking space ( though we always eventually found one nearby after approx 5 - 10 mins driving around ). Unsure how you would cope here without transport. We would definitely book here again !!"
