"Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. "A little further out of the more touristy areas but the busses stop right outside the hotel. The Mercado Bom Sucesso is just a 10min walk for excellent food and drink. Spa is not included in the room rate and is €20 per person for 90mins water circuit. Could do with just a tiny refurb to get all the features working but still worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again."
