"Viajamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros dos hijos de 11 y 9 años y la habitación era bastante espaciosa. Un apartamento básicamente. Hubiera preferido que tuviera máquinas de lavar y secar en vez de toda la cocina, que no usamos. Solo pasamos 2 días. Pero usamos lavanderías a pasos del hotel y resolvimos. Desayuno estuvo bien y lo incluyo la estadía, pero debería variar un poco, por ejemplo bacon en vez de salchichas a diario, etc. En términos generales, para ser Europa, muy bien. Lo recomiendo si...

"Staff were great and we're very accommodating. We arrived at 3pm and unfortunately, our unit wasn't ready yet and we couldn't get in till 3:40pm. It would have been great to have been notified if they needed more time. The staff did let us rest at another unit while they were preparing ours. In all fairness, I believe they were replacing mattresses in the whole building that day so I understand if they needed more time. Place was great for multiple people but the main shower was pretty small....

"What a beautiful property! The rooms are so gorgeous and the building as well...you feel like you are going back in time. The staff is amazing- we were given excellent recommendations by the woman at the check in and followed her advice and saw so much of Porto in 2 days!
