"A little further out of the more touristy areas but the busses stop right outside the hotel. The Mercado Bom Sucesso is just a 10min walk for excellent food and drink. Spa is not included in the room rate and is €20 per person for 90mins water circuit. Could do with just a tiny refurb to get all the features working but still worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6...

I say almost because there were two disappointments: the lack of a mirror in the bathroom is/was hard to understand and accept; this was one disappointment. "My husband and I had a fabulous 4 night stay in one of the studio apartments. Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"
