"This hotel is an amazing place with a world class Botanical Garden attached and beautiful thermal baths throughout, guests have 24 hour access to both. They have an indoor pool steam and dry sauna. The staff is very well trained and for the most part local. Everything for the client! The restaurant is 4 star and the breakfast extensive and delicious. We came to have lunch 6 months ago and vowed to come stay the next time we flew to Portugal. Well worth the trip and it will not be our last. "

"The Lince is in an excellent location, close to the sea, town centre, shops and pineapple plantantion! Despite being on a busy road, the room was very quiet with no significant outside noise. The hotel restauant and bar had a good selection of foods and drinks. The breakfast was particularly good. The hotel indoor pool was warm, open many hours and clean. "Fantastic location with rooms dotted around the garden. Our room was spacious, comfortable and simply furnished with an outside porch with seating area and access to the beach. There was also a kettle in the room! Would highly recommend the restaurant which is reasonably priced, popular with locals and serves with excellent food. We were there in March and had fortunately booked a table, because the restaurant was pretty full."
