"Really amazing stay! It is still fairly new so one of the bars on the property was in the process of opening, so we didn’t get to check that out. We had coffee and pastries every morning from the coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a cocktail at the outdoor pool bar. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for most of our trip, but was a little too chilly in October to enjoy anyways. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was nice, easy to grab a quick bite from but you can get better food from restaurants further into the city. The hotel room itself was clean and includes basic necessities in the kitchen area. There is no maid service during your stay but you can request new towels if needed. The area is great, not far from the airport and directly across from one of the subway stations and a park. Very easy to get an Uber within a few minutes. Walking to the train station or to the main touristy part of Lisbon is about 45 minutes and was a very safe and enjoyable walk. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. "We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful."
