"We had a quiet & comfortable stay at this hotel linked to conference centre, near to the Crystal Palace park / hospital neighbourhood. The reception were very helpful with parking advice and took time to explain all facilities ( good English spoken) We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast buffet on the top floor dining room with a great view on the bridge . A 5 min walk downhill took us to a selection of hotel bars, cafes and restaurants on the riverside (‘Soul Sense’ was our fave cool spot for eats...

"The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are so helpful, so friendly, so welcoming! The first day we arrived they immediately helped us settle in. Showed us the beautiful premises and gave us some info about the area, where to eat etc. the lady was so sweet, she was always engaging our kids and even gave them beautiful colouring books which my kids loved. "This hotel is 1 minute walking distance to the Nazare beach. The location cannot be better. The narrow street made loading/unloading luggage a bit challenging, but it is Nazare in general."
