"Booked with this hotel because of advertised airport shuttle service. It was down for repairs and hotel did not offer another option (like a voucher) so had to pay for a taxi. "

"We stayed here a couple of times the rooms are nice. It was reasonably clean. Our biggest complaint was the bed was so high. I couldn’t get in it. I’m 54 and I could not get in the bed without help from my husband or standing on a suitcase. The bed was higher than my waist. I know they’re trying to save their employees backs while changing beds and they should have a stepstool in the rooms. It’s unsafe. "
