I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"didn't like the stairs pulling away from the wall in the stairway, the 6hours we sat in the dark with water 4inches deep. the staff would not let us go to our room. need to take our meds. we stayed at the holiday inn on Sandhill Blvd Port Charlotte, Florida September 27&29th the night of the HURRICANE IAN. "Nice hotel with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure in a spacious shower. The only negative is that there isn’t one drawer in the room for clothes. They have a guest laundry. If they think you are staying long enough to need to do laundry then they should have a dresser to put your clothes in."
