"We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind. "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Walkable to main areas and the beach in 20-30 mins. Room did have several cockroaches running around. Were told we could pay for a late check out the night before leaving, but in the morning it was no longer possible which was disappointing, especially as the hotel was so quiet. Overall good value for money"

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was hot buffet style with pasties, coffee, fruit, yogurt etc. The cleaners seemed to do a very good job giving the sun loungers a thorough clean every morning. We looked forward to seeing the swans made from towels in our room. The area...
