"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was hot buffet style with pasties, coffee, fruit, yogurt etc. The cleaners seemed to do a very good job giving the sun loungers a thorough clean every morning. "Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "Lovely hotel and rooms was perfect, living area and sofa all like brand new. Very cosy and modern. Would def be back again. "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"
