Reception staff were nice and approachable. The room was a refurbished room and good for a couple. Going on to the bad stuff. We had a headset stolen from our room, The room was not serviced for the entire stay we had to keep asking for fresh towels and not always getting them. The key to enter the room kept playing up having to go to reception at 1am to reactivate the Card

Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff very nice and helpful and has many facilities but the rooms could benefit from some improvements.

Front picture claims closeness to the sea, which is misleading. Clean hotel, members of staff are polite and helpful. Swimming pool is too small for the size of the hotel.

I liked the breakfast. I wanted to check out the buffet for dinner before paying for it but wasn't allowed to, so i didnt have dinner there. It would've been nice if they did let me check. My room was spacious but they gave me the one with no view (just looking at dirty solar panels from balcony ) All the others around mine had a view, so was a bit gutted there. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt mind it too much, but a view of the pool etc would've been good.

The hotel was under renovation, the elevators, and stairs in our sections were dirty. There were cartons covering the ac exits in the hall. We got a newly renovated room, and it was really nice, it was a 4 stars room in a 3 stars property

Good location, great breakfast, good service
One of the few good things about this place is it’s excellent breakfast service and overall service by its staff. The facilities are outdated but is compensated by the helpful staff and it’s good location. Situated close to both Veronica strip and Playa Americans which is where people spend most of their time. Rooms are in much need of updating.

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

Decent hotel with very nice and super helpful staff although remises have seen much better days. Breakfast was good value for money since it had a ton of options for the price of €10 but again don't expect too much in terms of quality. This hotel can be a decent option if you're on a budget and can get a good rate.

The hotel staff were abundantly friendly and very helpful. All around great experience on that front. On the other hand, our room smelled quite bad. We deduced it was a mouldy drain smell which never went away. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the pool was clean and a good size, the bedlinens were clean. The location was a little further from central Playa de las Americas — about a 15 minute walk — but if you don’t mind that, then I’d recommend this hotel.

Staff all friendly, issue was with the air conditioning units, it is clear they have not been cleaned in god knows how long, both myself and my friend have returned from tenerife with chest infections due to the air conditioning units covered in dirt

Very noisy, uncomfortable beds and staff very unfriendly, We booked a double room and was giving a very small twin room with absolutely no room to move, went to complain and was told that was the standard rooms offered to put a two single beds together to make a double, but that didn’t work, the photos are NOT the rooms on the hotel The worse was the hotel very noisy could hear conversations on both sides of the walls from the other rooms. Asked to be moved but was that same on a different door, In the end up we had to check out early and book another hotel because it was just unbearable.
