"There’s no gym or spa as advertised. You have to exit the hotel grounds and go to a separate company next door and pay. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible. On the plus side, the breakfast was great and the staff really helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate."

"It was actually decent if you have a car. The rooms were clean, with extra blankets. Parking was in a garbage dump Kind of area. Staff could be more receptive and approachable. Evening staff said breakfast included. But in the morning, new person claiming to be the brother of the evening staff said I had to pay. It is just the tone and convo about camera is there etc that I felt was unnecessary and unpleasant "

"The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! "Our stay was good . The food was varied and plentyful. Unfortunately what let it down was they allowed people to vape in the dining room which was unpleasant and the dress code needs to be addressed there were people walking around in very minimal revealing clothing which was very offputting when trying to enjoy a nice meal . Over all a good stay and a great room . "

"This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....

"A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast...

"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "
