"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"Hotel was good but slighlty outdated. Nice golf course Nice heated outdoor pools. Breakfast lunch and finner was good. Parking should be free, not sure why they were charging £10/day when the hotel is outside of the city centre."

"The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. It was clean and overall good value for the money I gave. My room and parts of the hotel was dated and in need of repairs. If they renovated and upgraded the hotel it would be 4 or 5 star. It is near the bus stop with access to pick ups for trips and to visit local towns."

"Lovely room, much bigger and nicer than we had expected. Cleaning only every 7 days - we were there for 5 nights and a change of towels/bins emptied in that time would have been nice, but not the end of the world. Great pool and central location. Hope to return!"

"The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! I know not the hotel's thought but I think it needs to be managed better. half board is OK. Food is average to OK , the staff serving the food really nice, but the guys doing the tables with...

"Our stay was good . The food was varied and plentyful. Unfortunately what let it down was they allowed people to vape in the dining room which was unpleasant and the dress code needs to be addressed there were people walking around in very minimal revealing clothing which was very offputting when trying to enjoy a nice meal . Over all a good stay and a great room . "

"El hotel nos gustó mucho, fuimos con nuestro perrito y hasta nos dejaron una cama y unos cuencos! Desayuno increíble, una piscina en el techo desde donde ver el atardecer! "This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....

"A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast...
