"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. "This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. "All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"
