On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much. "

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
