"The property's grounds are beautiful, the Keirland mall is next door within walking distance and has nice shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself needs a renovation in the rooms, lobby, and the restaurants are below grade for this type of hotel. I think there is only one main dining room that is blah. The coffee bar is nice but needs a facelift. The lounge needs a complete renovation and some music."

"Easy walkable access to all activities. Great dining. Friendly staff. Gym equipment needed repair. Balcony overlooks a loading/trash dock that was a bit noisy. "
