Everything was sufficient. The door didn’t close well and navigating was confusing but the people were super helpful and the room was comfortable. I had stains on my towels but the rest felt clean. The mini fridge was not secured and moved a lot when I tried to open it … so it was all ok but not great.

Close to airport I had mistakenly selected a room for visually impaired so I wanted to free it up. Hotel reception said I had to call Expedia to change it to a standard room. I called Expedia and they said it was the Hotel's restriction. It was a run around for a simple change for someone that really needed this room. Expedia or the Hotel needs to make this easier
