"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Every tree has been trimmed perfectly and the flowers are fresh and beautifully kept. The swimming pools are clean and perfectly maintained. The golf course is above average but some areas of the turf have been sprayed green. The course is sadly surrounded by some neighborhoods that back right onto the course and some of them are in disrepair and have trash in the yards, (one had a toilet).
