Its an OK place to stay if you're just staying for rhe night. Walls are very thin and i could hear the occupants in the room next door yelling all night even up to 5am. Room was pretty small for 4 people although it has 2 beds in the room.

I enjoyed my stay with this hotels. There were more pros than cons. Pros- the bed, pillows and blankets were amazing. First time I woke up without back pain. It was so comfortable. The property is quiet even though it’s next to a park. The staff are super friendly and pleasant to be around. Tons of parking. Cons- there was a slight smell when I walked in. I ended up buying some room spray and opened the window. The jetted tub had a rotten egg smell when it turned on which was unpleasant. The shower pressure is amazing(no smell) but the curtain does not keep the water in the shower. I had to clean up floor after shower. However I would definitely stay here again.

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews. I didn't see anyone hanging out in the parking lot at all,no one knocked or tried to kick my door in. It was actually extremely quiet,not many people there. I did hear a door closing quite a few times upstairs from 4 to 6 am but I was on the first floor. Everything was fairly clean,a couple hairs in the shower and the room chair has some stains. TV worked fine,no extra charges to my credit card,the fridge and microwave seemed to be in a normal place and not low to me! Good price on the room for having a big tub in it. I couldn't get the jets to work in the tub,maybe I didn't press hard enough. Both men who checked me in and out were very nice. The park across the street is big and looked clean and nice. I would definitely stay again!

I loved how clean and fresh my room was. The bathroom was sparkling!! Everything smelled so fresh and new. There was not a speck of dust anywhere! I slept like a baby in the soft, fresh sheets too!!

When I’m in the Phoenix area I stay here. Great price for Scottsdale. Rooms are retro modern 60s. Clean and quiet. Great view and access to the park and office staff are always super nice and courteous.
