We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a five hour flight from Boston. We were extremely tired. We were told when we arrived that they had overbooked and had no room for us after waiting about a half hour or more. We were told that they found a location for us 30 minutes. We were transported to that location by Hotel staff. We arrived there totally exhausted and got very little sleep before we had to leave in the morning to pick up our rental car at the Phoenix airport. We were told by the hotel that someone would pick us up in the morning, well they were supposed to arrive at 9:15. We were to pick our car up at 10 at the airport. They never arrived in time so we had to hire an Uber driver to drive us to the airport so that we would not lose our car the total cost of our transportation from the airport to the sold out hotel was $25 and the cost for us to drive to the airport from the hotel that they arranged us to stay at was another $50. So here we are out $75 and never did get our room at the hotel. It was the hotel total error not ours. We were told by the night staff that we would be reimbursed for the travel expenses , well guess what I called the hotel with someone named Coco. She told me that the manager would call me back to discuss the reimbursement. Well, that never happened. Need to say we would never recommend that hotel to anyone.
