"My stay was fine. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great with different choices every morning. The only issue I had was getting into the parking lot when I arrived. A room key is required to lift gate. I pressed the button to call into front desk and was hung up on. I had to call from my cell phone to have someone let me in after giving my name. "We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night.
