"We were stuck here when florida got the 8 inches of snow. Lots of staff stayed with us in the hotel. Food in downstairs area was good. Inside pool could be a bit warmer but it was dooable.hot tub was nice especially in the snow!"

"Front desk staff/concierge was incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. We were there during the snowstorm and with no other food options open, the bartender served food and drinks to probably everyone staying that evening very quickly and with a smile on her face even though she was by herself. We got our food quickly and she was very attentive and friendly for having a packed bar. As far as the property you can’t beat the view. Hot tub and pool were heated and pleasant. Lobby...

"Great entertainment for kids between the 4 pools. Beach gets crowded but very nice to have chairs/umbrella. Easy parking, walkable to some restaurants. "

"The condo was not as advertised. Was not directly on the beach. Parking was almost impossible. The condo toilet leaked around the base. The handles on the kitchen cabinets kept falling off. The wifi did not work. It was advertised as having 3 tvs, but only 2. Very unsatisfactory."
