"This was the perfect spot for our family’s first time to La Fortuna and Costa Rica. If you don’t mind the drive into town for activities, which we didn’t at all, this place is quiet and beautiful! We loved sitting at both open-air restaurants and having a drink while our kids swam in the hot springs. The hiking trail and river slide/swimming were beautiful. We saw lots of birds and heard all the cicadas and howler monkeys in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!"

"While the room was quite spartan, the grounds are beautiful, as is the large deck with a spectacular view of the volcano, Arenal. "We stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath bungalow type rental at Bungalows Las Iguanas. The beds were comfy and the property was very clean. No trouble with bugs.
