"We love the breakfast buffet! A big shout out to the breakfast buffet staff who work tirelessly to accommodate so many guests! The grab and go option is a big plus! Like many previous reviews mentioned, the room is small: I can open one cabin baggage at a time at room door area. I don’t like to open my luggage on my bed so the entrance door area is the only place that’s big enough to open my cabin baggage. I don’t know how one would open a big luggage without putting it on the bed."

"I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts...

"This hotel was very conveniently located right above a central train station so it was easy to get up lots of places. The cafe in the lobby has excellent coffee drinks snd breads both savory and sweet. A really wide selection and delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Small rooms like most rooms in Japan meant we needed two rooms but it was still affordable. "
