"The hotel didn’t have an area to grab a drink and relax. The piano bar should be open every day even if there’s no live music. The staff were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Centrally located so walkable to many areas and restaurants."

"Great place to stay in central London, very close to Victoria station. The breakfasts were excellent and good value for money. The rooms were clean and very high tech with everything controlled from an iPad. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
