"My check in was good and everything amazing the breakfast, the room, the beds comfortable, in a few everything great , only when I did my check out I came back to so bad the front desk with the same person and I told her I forgot my phone charger and she told me I can’t activate again the key, sorry ! But I said her I know that but you can speak with Talk to the housekeeping department manager if they can open the room, the ladies are cleaning right ? And she didn’t help me ! I went upstairs to talk with the service cleaner and she help to me !"

"Place was great! Modern kitchenette, large studio. Only gripes I had was an older building but very cool historically and no parking garage. The valet parked your car a few blocks away on the street. Also street front parking and during the day you would have to move your car (hourly parking). I pushed the limits and moved it every couple of house if we were in but still a bit of a hassle otherwise had a great time"

Corey’s giant tag in the parking garage made me smile each time I returned to aka. Kudos all around to a very attentive yet in obsequious staff."

"Staff was very accommodating, when we booked our stay through expedia we were not notified that the pool was closed however the staff called to notify us prior to our stay. They also gave us vouchers to the restaurant on the property. "
