Very disappointed with this property. Run down shabby chic is not what was advertised. Rooms were filthy, outdated and the beachfront/ ocean view was quite literally the worst I’ve ever paid for which was not cheap. Asked to speak with a manager but never heard back. Desk staff was incredibly under qualified and that’s saying something. At one point when yet another thing was broken or not working, his response was, “I really want these TVs to work, because I ( referring to himself) deserve to work at a hotel where the TVs actually work. Plan to speak with Expedia and my credit card company. Buyer beware.

The location of this property is a 10 . They are located between the ocean and the intercostal and it is surrounded by elegant condos. It rained all three days we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the beautiful pool or the beach right in front. We had a studio king room which was huge. The building is old and although they have updated flooring and bathroom vanity it still has an old feel to it. The walls are old painted white, the light switches are old fashioned push button and there was a stain on our bathroom ceiling above the toilet. The parking was easy and the staff was polite and attentive. I would stay here again.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was updated and well cleaned. I would give 5 stars all around except I travel with a person in a wheelchair and the exit door toward the ocean was not accessible. We had to carry him down several stairs to exit the building and get to the beach. I later learned we could go down the elevator, out the front door and around the side of the building to divert the steps.

The property is situated in a pleasant and attractive area, and while I anticipated a certain level of luxury, the unit featured outdated, low-quality materials. The air and heating system was excessively noisy, and the doors either creaked or slammed shut, which was disruptive. The property was dimly lit, and the doors appeared poorly maintained, raising concerns about security. Additionally, the unit had a noticeable moldy odor. The kitchen amenities were subpar, with used soap and sponges left behind and no towels or paper towels provided. The in-room coffee and the complimentary breakfast were disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. However, it would have been helpful to receive advance notice about activities like Pilates to fully take advantage of those offerings.
