I wasn’t able to stay due to an emergency and I wish it was understood and a refund could have been possible. But there wasn’t any understanding or accommodation for every day life. But I do wish I got to stay on the property bc it does look nice.

Definitely a different perspective of this Hilton versus the one in Orlando I was greeted properly. I was able to check in Early without any hassle and not being told by Hilton property that you do not offer that the room was clean and beautiful.

I came from a 13 hours of flight at 10 am and wanted to checj-k in. However, they requested 75 USD for early check-in. Although they had a room for check-in, they did not allow for a check-in. As I am traveling so frequently, this was the first time to see this kind of request. I had to turn back with my luggages back for 3-4 hours outside. The women at the reception was also rude. Therefore, I do not recommend any one here, unless they change their approach to their customers.

Nice rooms, very clean, and the breakfast was decent ($15 for hot bar or $9 for continental). But the parking garage spaces for hotel guests are not well marked on the second floor. I was scared we were going to get towed since most of the spaces on the second floor are reserved.
