"From the second we got there till we left , the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the staff was always cleaning !! The beds were pretty nice. They could use a topper and they would be perfect. We had an oceanfront room and it was perfect ! The stairs were not useable, but they were working on them and got them done the 3rd day we were there, which helped a lot ! Breakfast was really good also ! All in all we had a great stay and we will be back !! Thank you to all the staff !! "

"The property is great. The problem I had is with Expedia. They called me twice to tell me that my reservation had been canceled due to the property receiving damage from a hurricane. I found it very funny that I had already checked in when Expedia called me. there is no damage to the property, so somebody is getting your information from Expedia and trying to get you to say your email that they have on file and get your credit card number to pay for an upgraded room somewhere else what a scam Expedia has nothing to do with out of work bum working out his mother and his jammies "
