"We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. "

"Breakfast was amazing. Lots of places to walk to eat and shop. Nice and close to drive to the Opry. Close enough to downtown to not be loud. Rooms, hallway, lobby all pristine. Staff were all extremely nice. There is construction going on but other than on the first floor at the elevator and looking down one hall you would never notice. "
